Indulge in leisurely afternoons by the inviting pool, where you can soak up the sun's warmth or cool off with a refreshing dip. As the day transitions into evening, gather with fellow campers in the spacious closed lapa, complete with a built-in braai to share stories and savour delicious meals.

Embrace the freedom of being unplugged, as there is no cell reception to distract you from the present moment. Description
Nestled amidst serene farmland between Caledon and Greyton, Eikebos provides a picturesque and tranquil camping experience with seven stands shaded by majestic oak trees. Far removed from typical municipal facilities, each grassy stand is equipped with its own power point and braai facility. The shared ablution facility boasts stone walls, offering two hot showers, two flush toilets, and a neat washing-up area.
Just 20km away, Greyton hosts a vibrant Saturday morning market where campers can stock up on unique provisions and homemade gourmet delights. Visitors can explore Greyton's restaurants and coffee shops before returning to Eikebos for a weekend filled with long walks, biking routes, braaing, and swimming in the sparkling pool—a true escape from hectic city life in the comfort of camping.

- Eikebos Camp Site is suitable for family caravans, motorhomes, bush trailers and tents.
- Attractive shared ablution with stone walls. Two hot showers and two flush toilets.
- Covered Lapa with use of tables and chest freezer.
- Wood sold @ R60 per bag (30-40 pieces)
- Ice Sold @ R15 per bag
Please note:
- No pets/dogs allowed
- Wood/ice must be ordered ahead of time
- No tents on the lawn in the picnic area, only under the oak trees.
- Stands are usually grassy and lush, but bring a ground sheets as stands do get worn with regular use.
- Portable braai drums are provided but please bring own braai grid.
- No day visitors allowed
Directions:
- N2 from Somerset-West to Caledon ± 3km before Caledon turn left R406 Greyton. Measure on your speedo from this turn off ± 13,8km turn right. There is a sign, Eikebos 3,5km at turn off continue straight on gravel road 3,5km to the Dwaalhoek/Eikebos board turn right and continue 1km straight into campsite.
